Ready to make moves? This is where it starts.
This is your 50-minute consultation, designed to break down your goals, current habits, and lay the foundation for your training. We’ll go over your fitness background, lifestyle, and any roadblocks — then finish with a short fitness assessment to see where you’re at physically.
-Duration: 50 minutes (Zoom meeting)
-Fee: $45 (paid at time of booking)
After booking, you’ll be asked to fill out a short consultation form. This helps me prep so we don’t waste a minute when we meet.
Once we’ve wrapped up our Zoom session, we’ll decide together whether your training will continue online, in person, or a mix of both—based on your needs, goals, and preferences.
Moving forward with your training package? Your consultation fee will be deducted from your first payment — like a down payment on your future health.
Please note: The consultation fee is nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
