I started my own fitness journey back in 2013. Two years later, K.MADD Training was born — built on sweat, setbacks, and a serious drive to do better.

My own challenges gave me the hunger to help others push past theirs. As your trainer, I don’t hand out cookie-cutter plans. I create training that builds strength, boosts coordination, and improves mobility — all while demanding your best.
